My values are grounded in humanism, recognizing the innate potential within every individual. I aspire to nurture a culture of giving across three core missions: school fundraising, individual philanthropy, and education. I firmly believe that positive change commences from within, and by guiding and sharing this path through Generosity Guidance, we empower more individuals to contribute positively to the world, creating a ripple effect of compassion and hope.

Meet the founder of Generosity Guidance.

I am Jennifer Deathe, a parent driven by the inspiration my two beautiful children provide and my unwavering commitment to contributing to a better world. My journey began in the film industry, where I ventured extensively across the globe. A pivotal moment in my philanthropic journey unfolded during a transformative trip to Nepal. Here, I joined a group of young individuals, aged 14-25, determined to clean up the path to Mount Everest, ridding it of tourist-generated debris, including abandoned oxygen bottles at the basecamp. Despite grappling with intricate logistics, financial constraints, and culturally sensitive issues, this experience indelibly molded my character and kindled a deeper dedication to fostering a more compassionate and secure world.

For 14 years, I nurtured my passion for philanthropy within the corridors of an independent school, bearing witness to its profound impact on education. Yet, I recognized a significant void—a need for a more profound culture of giving. This epiphany served as the genesis of Generosity Guidance. As its founder, I bring to the table a wealth of experience and an indomitable commitment to effecting positive change.
